Do you have a physical retail store?
 Currently, Benzal operates exclusively online through our secure Shopify storefront. However, our registered business and operational address is located at Flat 13 Amberley Court, Angell Road, London SW9 7HL, United Kingdom.

Are the product images accurate?
Yes. We strive to provide accurate representations of our handbags, shoulder bags, and clutches. We ensure that the colors, dimensions, and materials described on our product pages reflect the actual items you will receive.

2. Orders & Processing

How do I place an order?
Simply browse our catalog, select the bag you wish to purchase, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your shipping, billing, and payment details.

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. Immediately after placing an order and completing the payment, you will receive an automated order confirmation email containing your order number and purchase summary.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We can modify or cancel your order only if it has not yet been processed and dispatched by our team. If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately at support@benzal.shop or call us at +447475488293 with your order number.

What happens if an item is out of stock?
We maintain an active inventory system. If an item becomes unavailable after you have placed an order due to a system error, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

3. Payments & Billing

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major Credit and Debit cards securely through our checkout system. Accepted cards include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. (Update if you accept other methods).

Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?
Absolutely. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which is Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant. All transactions are encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. We do not store your complete credit card details.

Will I be charged any hidden fees or extra taxes?
No. At Benzal, we believe in transparent pricing. The total amount displayed at the final checkout step is the exact amount you will be billed. Any applicable taxes based on your location are calculated and shown upfront before you pay.

Why was my payment declined at checkout?
Payments are usually declined by the card-issuing bank. This can happen due to insufficient funds, incorrect card details, or a mismatch between the billing address entered and the address registered with your bank. Please ensure your billing details match exactly.

4. Shipping & Delivery

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been packaged and handed over to our shipping partner, we will send you an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status.

How long does processing take?
 Orders are typically verified, packed, and dispatched within 1-2 business days.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within United Kingdom.

5. Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
 We accept returns for items that meet our return criteria within 30 days of delivery. The items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Please review our full Return Policy page for step-by-step instructions.

How do I initiate a return?
 Do not send items back without authorization. Please email our support team at support@benzal.shop with your order number and the reason for the return to get authorization and the correct return mailing address.

How long will it take to get my refund?
 Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed back to your original Credit/Debit card. Please allow 7 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account.
