1. Order Processing (Handling Time)
After you place an order, our team needs time to verify, pack, and dispatch your items.

Handling Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).

Order Cut-off Time: Our daily order processing cut-off time is 5:00 PM. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Weekends & Holidays: We do not process or ship orders on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) or public holidays.
2. Shipping Destinations
Currently, Benzal ships to United Kingdom. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses to ensure secure and direct delivery of your items.
3. Estimated Delivery (Transit Time) & Costs
The delivery time begins after the handling period is complete and the package is handed over to the courier.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email. This email will contain your unique tracking number and instructions on how to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update in the courier's system.

6. Address Modifications & Incorrect Addresses
It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

We can only update the address if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.

Benzal is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays due to weather conditions or courier issues can occasionally happen.

Lost/Stolen: If your tracking information shows that the package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or building management first. If it is still missing, contact us within 24 hours so we can file a claim with the delivery service.

All applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. There are no hidden fees or unexpected charges upon delivery for domestic shipments.
